The Zampoña, also known as the pan flute, originated in the Altiplano region of South America, this instrument comes in various sizes, producing a diverse range of earthy sounds. Each cane tube is opened at one end and closed at the other. The Zampoña is characterized by two rows of tubes, crafted from bamboo and tuned to G major (440).
